2004 Estate Cabernet SauvignonOur vineyard hillside produces very small berries that when combined with designated low yielding vines, give a richness of opulent cherry-framboise flavor with a long finish completed by honey vanilla oak notes. Comprised of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 4% Malbec and 4% Petite Verdot. This wine was cellared for over 2 years in French and American oak and will drink nicely well into the next decade. |
